Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. We follow Irish consumer rights law.

Processing

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Opened or used products may not be eligible for refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the product has been opened or misused.
